We also did a thank you letter to Mr. Joe from Joe’s Carpeting for his donation of popsicles for all of our Bennie Bobcats during our literacy walk.

We are continuing to work on number sense and number bonds. We are learning about the connection between addition and subtraction.

Halloween
We will keep it low-key with some fun things in our room. Students come to school in their costumes. No masks or weapons. The parade is scheduled for 10:45. Don’t forget half day for students with dismissal at 11:30.
Cold Weather Gear
The temperatures are dropping so make sure your child is dressed appropriately. This should be a warm jacket, hats, gloves if necessary. Once the snow starts it should also include boots. Please spend time making sure your child can zip their own coats. This will help us get ready much quicker.
